LOAC is supported by its members, and in part, by public and private foundations, government agencies, and corporate and individual contributions. It is through the generosity of community-minded individuals, businesses, and foundations that LOAC is able to continue to present innovative exhibitions of contemporary art and art education programs to our community, free of charge. There are many ways to get involved and be at the center of it all!

Become a member of LOAC

Membership contributions are an essential source of support for LOAC. Your membership helps to underwrite the cost of exhibitions, workshops, publications, and lectures year round. As a member of LOAC you will receive numerous benefits, including preregistration privileges to all LOAC educational workshops and a free subscription to our Newsletter, year around invitations to our special events, exhibition openings, artist talks, and demonstrations.

Donate
Live Oak Art Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that relies on donations to support our operations. Year-end gifts can be made to our Annual Fund, or honor someone with a memorial gift. Your support, along with the contributions of others, helps us to plan for LOAC’s future as an important educational and cultural organization within our community that assists in deepening the understanding of contemporary art. Donations are tax deductible and may be made by check, credit card or PayPal.

LOAC is supported by its members, and in part by government grant agencies, private and public foundations, and corporate and individual contributions. Your support, be it a financial contribution or volunteer hours, has an immediate impact by helping us reach Colorado County’s diverse communities through exhibitions, outreach and educational endeavors. There are many ways to support LOAC and become a part of this vibrant art community!

Contribute to LOAC’s Annual Fund
Your gift, along with the contributions of others, helps us to plan for LOAC's future as an important educational and cultural organization that deepens the understanding and appreciation of the arts. LOAC relies on your support to sustain and expand its operational, educational and artistic endeavors.

LOAC Benefit Auction
Mark your calendars for this elegant evening of cocktails, dinner, and auction. Held the second Saturday in November, this live and silent auction features work by local, national, and internationally acclaimed artists. All work and items can be previewed in the LOAC Library a month prior to the event. One hundred percent of the proceeds go towards LOAC's general operating fund.

Matching Gifts
Many companies match employee contributions to charitable organizations, thus increasing the dollar value of these donations. Please consult your company to find out if it has a matching gifts program and to receive appropriate forms.

Volunteer
LOAC relies on the talented and tireless efforts of its volunteers and interns. We couldn't do it without you!

LOAC proudly sells artist books related to its exhibitions. A portion of all sales go towards LOAC's operating fund.
